7 Reasons to Drink More Water

I’m sure we’ve all heard the phrase “Drink more water it’s good for you!” But speaking for myself and probably many others out there we tend to ignore this and reach for the teabags or coffee jar!

However, I think if I had known the real benefits of drinking more water throughout the day I would have started to do this much earlier than yesterday.

Oh also, dont forget you need at least 8 cups of water a day….i know its hard, but keep sipping on a glass of water next to your desk all day and you will through them!

I never used to drink a lot of water but now i do i have really noticed the difference in my skin. I find it also helps to boost my concentration levels when working and now i love it!
